We had Joel and Heavrin Plumbing perform a variety of work around our home, including toilets, sinks, drains, and hot water heater. He communicated very well before the actual day of service, so we always knew what to expect. He was on time in his large (and clean), well-stocked service vehicle, and he was sharp, clean, and pleasant.

Joel described what he would do in each area and the cost before starting. He completed his work within the estimated time and showed all the old parts replaced compared to the new, so everything was clear and easy to understand, and I could tell the quality was better. He left our home running properly, everything was clean and tidy, and we paid a price that was VERY fair and reasonable.
